LHU attends 2024 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week

LHU delegates including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector; Dr. Nguyen Huu Nghi, Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies; MA. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh, Head of the Office of International Affairs; and Dr. Nguyen Van Hai, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting on August 21, 2024 attended the 2024 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week which officially opened in Guizhou, China.

This annual event co-hosted by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education and Guizhou Provincial People's Government attracted the participation of numerous universities, educational institutions and experts in the region, aiming to promote educational exchanges and cooperation.

Within the framework of the Week, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector of LHU gave a speech on Vietnam's tourism, highlighting its potential and cooperation opportunities while Dr. Nguyen Van Hai, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting shared about Dong Nai province's tourism potential.

LHU's active engagement in the 2024 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week demonstrates its commitment to expanding international cooperation and partnerships, especially with ASEAN countries. Through exchanges, discussions and sharings of experience during the Week, LHU wishes to learn from advanced educational models, strengthen scientific research and improve training quality, contributing to the regional common development.
