On the morning of December 3, 2025, LHU had the honor of welcoming a high-level delegation from C.P. Group, led by Ms. Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul - Chief People Officer (CPO) of C.P. Group. The meeting served as a meaningful occasion for both sides to review past collaborative achievements and outline new directions aimed at expanding learning, internship, and career opportunities for LHU students in the coming period.

Representing LHU were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector; along with leaders from the Faculty of Mechatronics & Electronics, the Faculty of Information Technology, the Faculty of Science & Food Technology, and the Center of Admissions and Public Relations. The C.P. Group delegation included Mr. Chinoros Benjachavakul - HR&CA Senior Vice President; Mr. Chanin Ruethaithananon - Center of Excellence Vice President; together with senior leaders of C.P. Vietnam.

During the meeting, Mr. Chinoros Benjachavakul emphasized "In this visit, C.P. Vietnam wishes to join LHU in looking back on the achievements built over the years - results shaped through the steadfast collaboration between the two sides. Moving forward, we will continue strengthening our cooperation, aiming to create greater development opportunities for learners, the University, and C.P. Group”.

A representatives from C.P. Vietnam’s Human Resources Recruitment Department reported 98% of LHU interns meet C.P.’s standards. 96% continue into the recruitment process. 93% remain with the company for over three years. Currently, 428 LHU alumni are working at C.P., with 11% holing senior-level positions. Most are employed in Finance, Information Technology, Mechatronics, and Food Technology.

At the event, LHU highlighted its strong performance in Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), Food Technology, and other key academic fields.
The C.P. leadership delegation also visited LHU’s laboratories, practice workshops, and research product exhibition areas. The delegation expressed high appreciation for LHU’s achievements in Robotics, Automation, and AI - areas that have become the University’s notable strengths in digital transformation and high-tech engineering education.

Both sides also discussed various potential joint programs and projects aimed at sustainable development, enhancing research and application capabilities, expanding internship and experiential learning opportunities, community service, and employment opportunities for LHU students.

The meeting concluded with a mutual agreement to continue working on detailed implementation steps in the near future. This working session not only marked a new milestone in the partnership between LHU and C.P. Group but also reaffirmed LHU’s commitment to providing students with access to modern industrial environments and equipping them for integration into the global workforce.
