Lac Hong University (LHU) recently participated in a specialized seminar on institutional-level quality assessment based on international AUN-QA 3.0 standards, hosted by Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB). The seminar shares the journey of developing and implementing a system that meets AUN-QA requirements. It also featured participation from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, creating a dynamic forum for knowledge exchange among leading educational institutions in the region.
Representing LHU, Dr. Le Phuong Truong, Head of Office Educational Testing and Quality Assurance, and Ms. Ngo Dinh Hoang Diem, Deputy Head of Office Educational Testing and Quality Assurance, shared strategic steps and practical solutions that enabled LHU to successfully achieve AUN-QA 3.0 accreditation. In their presentation, LHU’s experts highlighted key elements in establishing and maintaining an internationally compliant operational system, from organizing procedures to approaches for meeting each criterion set by AUN-QA. By highlighting key steps in establishing compliant systems and addressing challenges, LHU’s presentation served as an inspiration for other institutions striving to enhance educational quality while promoting sustainability.
Through LHU’s presentation, representatives from Ho Chi Minh University of Banking and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education gained a comprehensive perspective on the challenges and practical experiences involved in the institutional quality assessment process according to international standards.
