The "Transformation" Journey of IT Students
In the journey to conquer the Lac Hong Student Beauty Contest 2026, contestants from the Faculty of Information Technology (IT) are showcasing a remarkable transformation. Moving away from the familiar image of labs and computer screens, they are gradually emerging with a confident demeanor, polished appearance, and positive energy on stage.
The Expert Behind the Students' Radiance
Behind this transformation is the mentorship of Master Ngan Nguyen – Founder of NEOM Academy and an expert in poise training and personal branding. Beyond founding the Poise Training Academy, she also earned the title of Best Interview Performance at Ms. Grand Business Global 2024.
With experience coaching numerous pageant contestants and entrepreneurs, Ngan Nguyen is renowned for "awakening the aura" and helping students refine a professional image. Furthermore, she previously trained contestants for the Miss University Peace 2024, further solidifying her reputation in the field.
3 Training Sessions – Starting from the Fundamentals
For this year’s contest, Master Ngan Nguyen personally mentored six IT Faculty contestants through three intensive training sessions. A unique aspect of her methodology is that it doesn't begin with the stage lights, but with the most basic fundamentals.
These include techniques for sitting, standing, communicating, etiquette, and presence. From these seemingly simple elements, students gradually learn to control their body language, eye contact, and emotions, thereby building confidence from within.
The practical training journey was captured at:
From Skills to Stage Instincts
Moving beyond technical learning, the sessions focused on helping contestants turn skills into natural reflexes. Every catwalk step and minor movement was adjusted to create harmony and professionalism.
More importantly, students learned to master their own presence, making confidence a natural part of themselves rather than something forced. This method has been successfully implemented in various university environments, such as the training program for Miss UEF 2024, demonstrating clear results.
Breaking Stereotypes About IT Students
The evolution of the IT Faculty contestants lies not only in their appearance but also in their courage and self-assurance. From initial hesitant steps, they have gradually mastered the stage, breaking the traditional "nerdy" stereotype and asserting a new generation of students: dynamic, multi-skilled, and ready to shine.
Values Beyond the Contest
This journey extends far beyond a single competition. The insights gained from the training process serve as a foundation for long-term development: communication skills, professional etiquette, and the ability to build a personal brand.
With thorough preparation and a dedicated training process, the IT Faculty contestants are fully prepared to break through and radiate at the Lac Hong Student Beauty Contest 2026. ✨
