Building the Future Together for English Language Students

Recommendations: Students are encouraged to define their specific career paths as early as their internship phase. Priority should be given to honing practical skills such as Microsoft Excel and Word, gaining fundamental knowledge of Labor Law, and participating in short-term courses on customs declaration procedures or sales skills.

Essential Skills for Development:
1. Professional Ethics: Integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
2. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in office productivity tools.
3. Language Proficiency: Moving beyond basic fluency to achieve effective, high-level communication.
4. Time Management: Working scientifically and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
5. Positive Attitude: A commitment to lifelong learning, enthusiasm, and a high sense of responsibility.

Strategic Proposals from Industry Partners:
- Enhanced Internship Support: Students should be encouraged to experience tasks beyond their primary major to broaden their practical knowledge and build confidence for their future official careers.
- Advanced Skillset Cultivation: Strengthening critical thinking, scientific research capabilities, advanced presentation skills, and corporate financial management.
- Alumni Network Expansion: The board proposed establishing an Alumni Club—with a particular focus on Second Degree graduates—to provide mentorship and support the Faculty’s professional development initiatives.

The contributions from our corporate partners not only assist the Faculty in refining the curriculum but also provide students with a clearer professional roadmap, ensuring they are well-prepared for the competitive labor market.

The Faculty of English Language extends our sincere gratitude to the business representatives for their ongoing partnership and support. We look forward to continuing this fruitful collaboration in the future.
