[FAIE] ASU Master Class: Law, International Business, and Tourism Students “Unlock” a Global Mindset

On the afternoon of 17 December 2025, the atmosphere at Room A301 (Campus 1) became more vibrant than ever with the participation of a large number of students from the International Business, Law, Economic Law, and Tourism and Travel Management programs in the ASU Master Class: “Global Trade in the Modern World.”

Continuing the success of previous sessions, the class held on 17 December, organized by The Faculty of Administration International Economics, brought a “fresh perspective” on integration thinking, enabling students from these specialized disciplines to better understand the impact of global trade on their respective fields.

🌏 A Multidimensional Perspective: From Legal Affairs and Commerce to Services

A highlight of the session was the way students approached the topic of “Global Trade” from different perspectives:

For Law and Economic Law students: They engaged in dynamic discussions on the regulatory role of government and institutions in an open economy. Understanding the international “rules of the game” helps future law graduates better envision the cross-border legal context.

For International Business students: The overall picture of economic flows and modern market trends was analyzed sharply, allowing them to derive lessons on management strategy.

For Tourism and Travel Management students: The session helped them recognize the close connection between macroeconomic factors and the development of the “smokeless industry,” thereby forming a service mindset aligned with international standards.

💡 Proactive and Creative Learning Methods

Gone were the dry theoretical lectures; the class was conducted in a highly interactive workshop format over three hours.

Through in-depth video lectures from ASU and the lecturers’ guidance and 15-minute content summaries, students were able to grasp knowledge directly during the session.

Mind map drawing and group presentations served as a “stage” for students in social sciences and service-related disciplines to demonstrate logical thinking, debate skills, and confidence in public speaking.

    👩‍🏫 Dedicated Accompaniment

The success of the session was made possible by the dedicated guidance of the teaching team: MB Ta Thi Thanh Huong, MB Truong Le Hoang, MB Luu Ngoc Liem, MB Tran Thi Kim Chi, and PhD Duong Thi Phuong Hanh. The lecturers not only delivered knowledge but also acted as mentors, raising issues to encourage students to freely debate and identify solutions.

    🌟 Lasting Impressions

At the conclusion of the session, the most valuable takeaway for Law, International Business, and Tourism students was not only macroeconomic knowledge about the global economy but, more importantly, a Global Mindset. This is the golden key enabling them to confidently enter a highly competitive and constantly evolving labor market in the future.
