By 2020, achieve the environmentally sound management of chemicals and all wastes throughout their life cycle, in accordance with agreed international frameworks, and significantly reduce their release to air, water and soil in order to minimize their adverse impacts on human health and the environment

Lac Hong University’s Hazardous Waste Management Policy establishes rigorous procedures, contracts, and manifests for safe collection, storage, and disposal of laboratory chemicals, electronic waste, and hazardous materials. Aligned with SDG 12 (Target 12.4), the policy ensures sound environmental practices and minimizes toxic waste impacts on health and ecosystems.
